This comfortable, two-bedroom house has been outfitted with you in mind. Guests have the freedom and convenience of cooking their own meals in a well-outfitted kitchen, refreshing in a full bathroom and having access to an in-house washer/dryer to launder their clothes.
On those days you choose to just stay put, you have the option of lounging around, watching TV in the living room, relaxing in the fenced-in backyard, practicing yoga or sipping on a cold drink on your screened-in deck. The property offers secured parking on premises. Each bedroom contains a queen-sized bed with a Hybrid Memory Foam Mattress fitted with comfortable sheets, cozy blankets and two pillows per guest. Each bedroom features a Smart T.V.

NO PARTIES or social events allowed. Other guests maybe occupying the lower flat, so loud parties and wild nights are not suitable for this space.
Do not provide the keys or lock codes to the property to anyone who is not a registered guest of the property. Only registered guests are allowed to remain overnight on the property.
There is NO SMOKING inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas while on the property. Accommodations are for intended for guests only.
Please ONLY use dark colored washcloths or face towels for make-up removal. Any stained or non-cleanable damage to towels, bedding, sheets or pillowcases will be charged back to quest. Please be mindful.
Do not remove any items from the property. Turn off air conditioners, fans and lights (except for a night light) when leaving the property. Please empty all trash cans into the yard bins.
