OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
NO PARTIES or social events allowed. Other guests maybe occupying the lower flat,
so loud parties and wild nights are not suitable for this space. PLEASE,
ABSOLUTELY, NO SMOKING ON PREMISES. Accommodations are for intended for
quests only. Please ONLY use dark colored washcloths or face towels for make-up
removal. Any stained or non-cleanable damage to towels, bedding, sheets or
pillowcases will be charged back to quest. Please be extra careful.

HOUSE RULES
ABSOLUTELY NO parties are to be held on the premises.
ABSOLUTELY NO smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted only in
designated areas while on the property.
Only registered guests are allowed to remain overnight on the property.
Do not remove any items from the property.
Do not provide the keys or lock codes to the property to anyone who is not a
registered guest of the property.
Turn off air conditioners, fans and lights (except for a night light) when leaving the
property.
Please empty all trash cans into the yard bins.
